may 7, 2010. each quarter at work, we have an in-service day, during which the library is closed to the public and we have training sessions and work on various projects. as i was in charge of planning this quarter’s in-service, and because we needed to fill almost all of the afternoon hours with some sort of legitimate training, i put together a presentation on genealogy. notice how nicely this ties in with my thirty in thirty objective to research my family’s history (i really am working on it!).
